Solvac™ S1 – Sealed Solvent Cleaning System
The S1 is a sealed solvent degreasing machine designed to be operator friendly with its digital touch screen control system that ensures complete flexibility when choosing your cleaning cycle. The S1 comes in three standard tank sizes that are fitted with high frequency 132 kHz ultrasonic technology giving the potential of sub-micron cleaning in very fast process times.
Basket sizes:
- S1 500 = 500 x 250 x 250
- S1 1000 = 1000 x 300 x 300
- S1 1500 = 1500 x 500 x 500

Solvac™ S2 – Fully Enclosed Solvent Cleaning System
The S2 has all the features of the S1 but with the added advantage of an Automated Basket Transfer System fitted inside the main process chamber. This device will allow the controlled movement of the basket inside the machine whilst operating under a closed lid environment. This unit will reduce the natural occurrence of solvent diffusion into the air therefore making it suitable for use with more hazardous materials.

Solvac™ S3 – Fully Enclosed Low Level Loading Solvent Cleaning System
The S3 has all the benefits and features of the S1 and S2 machines but is fitted with a pneumatic compression sealed front-loading door giving access to a Low Level Automated Handling System. This gives the added benefit of a roller bed to roller bed operation.
