Spray Wash Machines - Front Loading
Single Stage
Ideal for general cleaning of most large, heavy and awkward parts.
Supplied with high specification spray wash pumps, increased load capacities and increased fluid heating levels these machines are designed to achieve more efficient process cycle times than the top load range.
To assist the load/unload of heavy or large component parts, the front load range can be supplied with either mobile load trolleys, fixed load/unload platforms, T type component basket transfer systems or automatic component basket load/unload systems.

AQF and Aquaforce - Two designs offering a solution for virtually all component cleaning applications
The aquaforce range is ideally suited for light to medium load capacities.
The AQF range has been specifically designed to accommodate heavier loads with a high level of surface contamination.
Fitted with PLC and HMI touch screen controls these machines offer a multiplicity of cleaning programs.
Exceptionally high levels of component cleanliness are achieved using a combination of various wet and dry process stages e.g. hot wash, primary heated rinse, secondary heated rinse and hot air dry.
Standard load table dimensions range from 1000mm-2500mm diameter.
