Ultrasonic Solvent Machines
Our complete range of Advanced Ultrasonic Cleaning Systems are compatible with all of todays non-flammable halogenated cleaning solvents so if there is a need to change chemistry for economic or legislative reasons our machines are future proof.
The cleaning process, which is fully contained, includes immersion into the very latest Crest Ultrasonics Tru-Sweep™ technology producing unrivalled results and commercially viable solutions to applications where exacting cleaning standards are required.
Solvac™ - F Series
The F Series is designed with space optimisation as a high priority without compromising on potential cleanliness levels. The fully contained system is a compact economical solution to high specification precision component solvent cleaning applications.
Solvac™ - S Series
The S Series is designed for medium to heavy duty cleaning applications accommodating larger components and payloads. It is capable of achieving very high levels of cleaning in a short process time, often as little as five minutes per batch. The process incorporates a sealed cleaning system giving the benefit of full automation. The S2 and S3 models have a unique patented design LoadLock System™ that maximises output efficiency whilst minimising energy consumption and solvent emissions.
Solvac™ - T Series
The T Series has two or more sumps and was designed for high volume component throughput requirements with a range to suit all applications large or small. The process incorporates a sealed cleaning system with full automation of the workload. The T2 and T3 model has a unique patented design LoadLock System™ that maximises output efficiency whilst minimising energy and solvent emissions.
Solvac™ - V Series
The V Series has been specially designed for rotor cleaning in the aerospace industry but can be applied to other processes with similar difficult to clean components. The system combines both vacuum distillation and vacuum drying technology. Ultrasonics can be fitted to further enhance the microscopic cleaning capability of the unit.
